DMT builds green gas plant for HHNK

Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier is starting the construction of a green gas plant at its wastewater treatment plant in Beverwijk. On Oct. 24, directors Aart Bark of HHNK and Theo Zuijdwijk of DMT Environmental Technology signed the construction agreement.

The green gas plant is needed to convert biogas, extracted through sludge fermentation, into usable gas of natural gas quality.
